I was born and raised in a small village west of Vietnam’s capital, Hanoi, where life moves slowly and remains closely connected to nature. Growing up in the fresh air of my hometown, surrounded by traditional culture and the loving care of my family, I developed a deep sense of pride in my roots and a strong appreciation for life’s simple values.

When I began my academic journey, I chose to study in the field of food science. My creative and curious nature allowed me to explore new perspectives and possibilities within this field. In 1995, an important opportunity came my way when I was able to pursue my studies abroad. I chose Europe as my new destination.
My years as a student there not only broadened my knowledge but also profoundly changed my way of life. During this time, I met my great spiritual teacher: Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan). It is an unforgettable memory that completely changed my life from that moment on and forever after. Since that day, my path of spirituality, my thoughts of a positive way, and my heart have been deeply guided by her wisdom and compassion.

During this time, I decided to adopt a vegan lifestyle, guided by a deep respect for all living beings on Earth. I believe that every creature has the right to live and deserves to be treated with dignity and compassion.
With my love for animals and a strong awareness of environmental protection, I have always felt committed to protecting the most vulnerable forms of life. For me, caring for nature is not only a responsibility but also a lifelong mission. This conviction inspired me to open a vegan restaurant – Loving Hut – not only to share delicious dishes, but also to spread the message of a vegan lifestyle and the importance of protecting our environment.

After starting my own family and building my life in Austria, I became increasingly aware of the responsibility I carry toward this beautiful and welcoming country. I decided to combine my passion for cooking with my culinary experience by opening a completely vegan restaurant. Through this, I hope to inspire and positively influence those who cross my path, encouraging them to consider a vegan way of life that is not only beneficial for personal health but also protects the environment and reduces the suffering of animals.
The vegan dishes served in my restaurant are not merely a delicate combination of flavors; they also offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a warm and friendly atmosphere. I hope that those who taste my food will not only gain memorable culinary experiences but also broaden their perspective on vegan living and environmental awareness.
I see myself as someone who inspires and shares knowledge about sustainable living and its positive impact. From the choices we make in our daily necessities to the way we interact with our community, I carry out my mission with dedication and a strong sense of responsibility.

I firmly believe that small actions can lead to great changes within our communities and society. The support from the community is a powerful motivation for me, and I hope to see positive changes in people’s perspectives regarding their lifestyles and their impact on our shared environment.
Overall, I hope that my vegan restaurant will not only be an attractive place for dining but also a meeting point where people can exchange ideas and raise awareness about sustainable living. I wish that every meal served in the restaurant would be more than just a delicious combination of flavors; it should also be an opportunity for people to connect, enjoy time together, and learn more about the vegan lifestyle.

This work is not only my personal passion but also a firm commitment to my philosophy of life. I hope that through the experiences at the restaurant, people may reflect on the way they eat and consider how their choices can have a positive impact on the environment.
I truly believe that great change begins with small steps. Every small action contributes to greater environmental awareness and respect for all living beings. Together with the community, I hope that we can make the world a little better every day—a place where every living being is respected, and its natural environment is protected.
For me, a vegan lifestyle is not simply a way of living; it is also a mission—a small contribution toward building a brighter and more sustainable future for our world. I believe that the sensitivity and passion of each individual can become a powerful motivation for change and help create a global community united by compassion and a spirit of sharing.
